Great crowd management with space for waiting customers. ATM machines not fast enough. Sometimes it's one that's working out of three and it makes the queue at the atm long.

Customers were able to get cash from the ATM on Sunday evening. Other bank cards were paid two thousand naira per withdrawal but the bank customers were paid ten thousand.

This Bank is like most UBA branch. It's not too spacious, in other words it does be crowded. The parking space is very limited and waiting time needs improvement. Customer service is not bad though. There are no accessibility features as you need to go up through steps. It's easy…

It was very cool all the lay down rules for covid where in place the talk to you very polite, they also make sure that they meet all your need, to top it all up if there is anything more then 5 STAR I will give them
