Very unprofessional. The hospital ambiance smelled like a restaurant and the "matron" who attended to me had zero knowledge of what my issue was. I had to explain what PCOS and hormone levels were. Impatient and rude customer service staff. Tricked me into paying a consultation…

Very unprofessional environment, waited for almost an hour and there was no doctor on duty to attend to patients. Doctor calling to check up on patients on admission. Left angrily, who runs a hospital without doctors on duty.... Won't go back there

I would rate them 90% for their service. The doctors and nurses are very professional and always available. The laboratory is open always. Great ambience too. They also have consultants available for special cases. In all, I totally recommend the hospital.
