If there’s anything that would make me go back here, it’s the staff. They are simply amazing—helpful, proactive, and genuinely caring. The female supervisor was such a pleasant lady, and the front desk guy (who used to be a porter) was honestly beyond words. Truly exceptional…

Booked Penthouse, it was okay. But it needs serious renovation. The bathroom is in a bad situation. I talked to the management about the situation and I was told that they are planning to renovate it. The workers are so nice, friendly and helpful. I will certainly visit again.

The staff are really helpful and polite. I could not fault them. The rooms are OK. Please check for any damage beforehand and report it. It's is a rough looking area, it's gated for security.

I had a great time. Room was spacious enough and staff were courteous. Food was good as well. Feedback dropped on improvements. Will definitely visit again.
