I was very displeased with the service. The AC for room 103 were I stayed wasn't working. The bath mat and bed sheets were very dirty, even after I requested for a change. They had no towels. I used to see the facility as a Prestigious one, but now I guess it's next to a brothel…

Unnecessarily expensive. Rooms are not well maintained and some facilities are missing. The room I paid 15k for had dirty walls, sand on the bed, dirty toilets and the shower had no shower head. The sink did not even have a running tap.

The rooms here are quite affordable, nothing luxurious. Comes with a kitchen and bar, so you can eat and drink anytime. The room sizes varies so does the prices.

You receptionist is very very very rude. If you don't sack her, u will lose hundreds of customers.. I don't pray to come there again.. Otherwise u should pay your staffs well so they will be happy.. She look very angry and hungry
