I came to this branch on Wednesday 7th January to get a new card after my old one expired. Initially the staff told me I was not able to be issued a new card and I was about to leave when the manager

Very poor customer service. ATMs hardly ever dispense cash. Always saying unable to dispense. The staffs are not accommodating/friendly.
