The attitude the female Tellers put up to my niece whom I followed today was so inappropriate! Being my first encounter with the bank is quite embarrassing and discouraging! She was treated like a nob

A cosy environment with an excellent banking and customer relationship . You stepping in is a desk where your details are captures and what you are there to do and number issued immediately and all you have to do is wait for your number to be called. This is all automated.

No provision to apply for a corporate account at this branch. Applied to open a corporate account for over 1 month no response till now. There's coffee and biscuit inside the banking hall sha 😏
