Terrible bank. It's been an absolute struggle just to use internet banking, make payments online and transfers online. Customer care reps give conflicting and unhelpful information and lie often. I absolutely hate this bank.

No waiting area, no seats in the banking hall. Very sluggish, it took them a month to open my account. Couldn’t register my internet banking, sent an email no response. Called the customer service no answer. The absolute worst banking experience I’ve ever had.
