This is the worst experience I've had at a hospital. I didn't get past the reception on two occasions because there was no admin personnel on seat, meanwhile the have staff just faffing around seeing patient waiting to be attended too.

St. Raphael is a top notch hospital. I opened a family card on proxy through one Jessica. The front desk lady is well trained when it comes to customer service. I got the best services for my kids, even when I was not on ground, just through phone call.
