One of the worst hotels to book in Kano. We had a group reservation. First off, there was no light in the bathroom. We got to Kano late around 1am exhausted and that was when the Management felt they’d get an electrician to come look at it. My other colleagues had no water…

For some backwards reason, they don’t give rooms to women cause “ women are problematic”. The rooms are very poorly maintained and in the 5min I was in the reception, I learnt more about every customer checked in than I should ever know.

Loads of positives now at Sarina; 1. Rooms are quieter than ever before. You could literally sleep through without any issues. 2. Much darker rooms (ask for 201 where I stayed for 10 days). 3. Steady electricity

The room I stayed or rather still staying, is cozy and neat. I even had to tell the room service not to come in until after two days. Convenient is ok, with heater. Bed good and furnitures. Intercom, not functioning. Lightings good. Flies & mosquitoes, something need to be done…
