A veryyyyyy warm place. Helps my wife center her mental and physical self. Very courteous staff and cordial trainers. Affordable plans too. Only females and it's a wonderful addition to the city of Abuja

I absolutely love my sessions at Sage and She 🧘🏽‍♀️ Every time, I leave feeling so calm, relaxed, and refreshed; I honestly wish I could stay longer! The atmosphere is so peaceful, and each class feels like a little escape from the world. Truly my happy place!
