Great family ran gym I had been looking for a gym in Abuja for a while and feel so lucky I found HDL. The gym is modern, clean, well ran, great coach and great members. Both Kazeem and Audrey are very knowledgeable and want nothing but the best for you.

I've been looking for a while for a gym like this in Abuja! HDL is great!! You can really see and feel that every single detail has been considered.. Great space, Great Coach, Awesome trainings! Absolutely recommended!

I’ve been going to this gym for a while and I really love it. It’s a great clean space with well maintained equipment. The trainer is really knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this
