Firstly, I wish there was a zero rating, which would have been best for me. How on earth do you say your closing time on Saturday is 3pm, yet at 12:30 staff have stopped completing tests? This is so poor and unprofessional.

I'm giving this diagnostic centre a 2 star because of the kind of staffs they have xvery unprofessional they , sneak peak into ur results for there personal consumption, they are rude, even, they give attitude and slight comments to patients, I would never recommend this…

Met a very huge crowd at the center, However, organisation and customer service was superb. Was given a number tag 44, but I was attended to in a short while.

Very rude people at the reception, primarily one woman. Rudeness seems to be their staff culture but the professionals are so much better. You're supposed to collect number tallies to know your turn but even that is fraught with deception as the staff give early numbers to…
