The hotel has 2 separate parts, a main facility and an annex. The main hotel appears to be the place to be while the Annexe is not. I stayed at the Annexe during my trip and I didn't enjoy my stay there. Very basic rooms with no special facilities. The receptionists were friendly…

Lovely service and comfortable room. The location feels very safe—I was able to take walks around the area without any concerns. The food was very good, and the overall cleanliness inside the hotel was commendable. The location is also ideal, being central to key business areas…

R & K is the most terrible place one can ever visit in Kano State Nigeria. The staff are extremely rude, especially the ladies at the front desk.........it's one place I pray never to be again, not even in my dreams!

Its is in a good location, but they have a rude staff at the reception with terrible sense of humour. Their toilet very irritating. I had to cancel my booking to go for a better choice. I will advise you go for other options until above issues are addressed.
