The staff are very very rude, when you pay for a room, they will give you another room and refuse to refund you. They will confirm your reservation and upon check in they will start telling different lie. They have no regards for thier customers. Very bad servive

My friend was just at the pool side of your hotel today 11/05/2025 and casually ordered a plate of seafood pasta for N13,500 and what was brought to him was a totally different meal, Please kindly check in on your chefs,as it is wrong to have a meal that cannot be properly made…
