It's a cool place to chill.

You don't get to enjoy the air condition except when there is electricity. The bathroom hot water looks like coffee. The telecom doesn't work. The TV has no remote. Etc

My experience was not really fun. The hotel needs renovation. The Intercom wasn't working, old furniture and Ac only works intermittently. I was okay with the food and the room service.

Very easy to locate. University of Port Harcourt is also very close to it. Chocolate night club is not very far from it. Good place.
