Peace Estate, off east west road (Rumuokoro axis) PH is small, calm and serene. First Bank is right in front of the Estate. Its only challenge is bad roads within the Estate which I believe will be fixed as soon the residents are done with their buildings.

Peace estate is a serene environment in all ways. Very calm and quiet. Watch out though, it has different entry and exit routes. The road opposite first bank is the exit..🤔
