Very very poor service, I paid 30k for a room but got a 10k service. There was no towel in the bathroom, the intercom weren't working. Needed water & food, I had to walk to the bar to place my order, the Ac making very serious noise. The worst hotel experience I have ever…

Really nice and peaceful environment. Staffs always take payments into their personal accounts and is very uncomfortable.

It's a very private lounge, Quite serene and not very spacious. The reception hall is quite cozy and welcoming. There's no pool reservation yet. But there's some major construction taking place in the premises.
