They have very poor customer service. The owner's daughter and another woman who is more like their oldest staff can be very rude and disrespectful. Overall I will say it's a toxic place to buy.

Osata Supermarket was a shadow of it's old self when I visited. We used to shop for imported groceries and green teas from here in the early 2000s and the shelves are usually fully stocked. However, on my recent visit, I was met with empty shelves with few items on display.

Omg! I hadn't been into Osata in months. Going in there and seeing it looking almost empty. A new arrangement to cover the emptiness and the same unfriendly atmosphere will ensure I continue to stay away.

I like that I can quickly get simple grocery items like shawarma bread, sweets, rice, sausages, shrimps, butter, cheese, freezer ice cream, coriander leaves, grapes etc without so much queue. They need to introduce fresh butchery.
