The customer service wasn't impressive at all. The receptionists aren't impressive. Telecom wasn't working for the 3 times I used the place. And the pricing structure and system is confusing enough.

The hotel is good, decent and comfortable rooms, but the power change over system is poor. Staying in darkness, for some time, before the restoration of electricity was not a pleasant experience. But outside that, the place is very good, for it's class!
