The loan application and disbursement is real but resolving technical issues online with out going to the bank is very very poor by ratings it's 1/10

I just opened a savings account with Novus yesterday. Within hours the account got opened. Just 2k deposit enough to open the account. Good to go. I hope it will be that easy to secure a loan too!

Horrible bank. Benue State Goverment spent over 500 million naira on BIPC MFB which didn't last 3 years before collapsing. This bank isn't different despite the support of Alia administration. The bank's location is good but its policy, leadership and strategy is fraud.
