Please look into the pharmacy section. The personnel there seem to have lost sight of the primary reason people come to the hospital. Instead of attending promptly to patients, they spend more time chatting among themselves than focusing on their duties. Kindly address this issue…

I visit the hospital fairly regularly and I'm always imprest by the cheerful and helpful disposition of the workers, especially the nurses at the OPD. This is significant considering the amount of pressure that the job entails. Kudos!!
