I rated it 4 cause of its value for money. As low as 35k, you can have a clean room, functional bath and a complememtaty breakfast to go with.

The room needs some renovations, especially the bathroom. The staff were very nice. Complementary Breakfast, could be served in your room at no extra cost. Food taste good too. The services were great. Walkability from the road. I recommend. Meritz Advantage Room 208

The rooms were okay, not bad, however, I feel like their staffs can be more meticulous. It’s either they forgot to bring towel or forget to bring the bathroom floor towel. I was calling them every day to request for one of these. Their meals are a little pricey and we only had 2…
