I had surgery there in 2019. Prof is amazing . She’s a professional . My complaint is with the matron and nurses + facility . I was billed about a million naira but when they saw prominent /popular people come to visit me , they added an additional 400k ! I tried to fight it but…

The customer service was very good. Attendants, doctors & nurses were very polite and everything was done swiftly. It was a bit expensive for me but otherwise, it was a good experience

Easily the best hospital ive used in Nigeria in terms of cleanliness,staff professionalism and customer service. The receptionists were polite and courteous. The lady doctor i saw was very professional,listened carefully and made realistic help. Very nice set of professionals
