I had a very disappointing stay at this budget hotel. The air conditioner was not working at all, making the room extremely uncomfortable. There was also no proper ventilation, so the room felt hot and suffocating. Customer service was poor. To make matters worse, they collect…

Good ambience, affordable and i love the food, but in my room the heater was leaking water all through the night and every where in the bathroom was wet & for such standard at least guests should have a bottle of water in his / her room
