Had a really bad experience here, from them not being able to activate my room key to the lift not working and having me go up and down the stairs to sort that out, to the bed making a crazy sound when you lay on it, to the AC going on and off on it’s own and having me call them…

They need to renovate and upgrade the hotel, it's old and outdated. Thier service is ok, location is ok, but hotel is now old and needs a lot of renovations and upgrade
