This estate and others developed by Lekki gardens doesn't even deserve a one star. It's a badly run estate with very poor infrastructure. Muddy water being pumped to your home, poor electricity infrastructure, poor drainages, overcrowding. Rent or buy one at your own detriment

It is well secured, that is nice. Ample parking spaces, neat, quiet and constant power supply but the security personnel were looking confused and kept me at the gate in a line up. They said there is CCTV but never saw a single camera.

The estate is beautiful, but how do you not create a good sewage for water? Like people's house could literally be flooded when it rains heavily... that's bad! I'm sure they can do better💁♀️
