The hall is located on the 3rd floor I believe, current access is the stairs, however it looks like a construction for an elevator is on going, the hall is quite spacious and neat, there's a restroom for both male and female and there are other stored located on the ground floor…

It's a cool and quiet place for medium sized events. Can accommodate about 500 people with tables. Interior is ok, but lighting can be improved. Rest rooms are also ok. Car parking is an issue as the compound can only accommodate about 8 cars, others have to park along the road.
