Very slow service, spent over 2hours just to get lab test done, one person doing the whole job, from taking samples, get the sample into lab and printing out results. No proper communication or empathy to patients. This is not a good hospital to visit when you have emergency…

The hospital is so close to my house but I wouldn't advise anyone to use it. Front desk rude. Pharmacist rude. Doctors gisting on duty.... All the nurses will be frowning as though they just came out of a boxing ring..... They need to do an overhauling of there staffs honestly…

Pls try to be transparent with your communication to your patients and your non challant attitude of your staffs is very bad and irritating. Using one doctor to attend to patients: the same doctor will attend to complain and those waiting to hear the report of their test causing…

Had my baby there last year. I didn’t like that there is no post natal after care for new moms. There should be at least a3 weeks after checkup and 6 weeks after to be sure the new mom is doing fine. I didn’t feel cared for at all. At the point of being discharged the doctor…

I’ll rate them 40 over 100. The staff there are either extremely rude or extremely nice, there’s no middle ground with them. Also, the nurses are always over-defensive. God forbid you are curious about a treatment or something, these people will ask if you know more than them…
