Staff, friendly and respectful. Power supply was super and constant. Complimentary toothpaste, toothbrush, tissue roll and tablet soap on point. Beddings, towels etal needing urgent attention. Was sold stale food, complained, returned it but was made to pay. Had guests who…

The rooms and interior are old, the sinks in the toilets are all leaking, Ac does not work if there's no light and there's this bad odour that comes out of the toilet. The management should do something about it asap.

It's a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. It's big facility with loads of facilities like gym, hair salon, VIP gym, in house club and good food spot. The rooms are classy with safe in the wardrobe. Well managed and maintained.

Fairly okay. The rooms are clean, they have a supermarket and a club bar, their outdoor bar is okay. Prices are fair and nice, but customer service is poor.
