Rooms are very neat and comfortable, except it seems Ancient. Not the modern day standard. Receptionist was ill mannered, but the other attendants were cool. Location is hidden but in a calm environment

The worst hotel I ever experienced in my life. Very dirty, unkempt, looks like an abandoned building. The staff told me it was formerly Presken....but now Ivy Hotel under renovation. They should not be booking it out to people. The bathroom/Toilet are LATRINE......
