How can it be a four star hotel when it doesn’t have a gym and some other things that makes a hotel 4 or 5 star… their rooms are not that standard to be a four star level hotel … I will give them 2 or 3

Old rooms full of water mould, they never turned on their a/c as they made us believe before lodging. Mosquitoes were everywhere. I do not recommend this hotel at all

I was disappointed at which how they make customers inconvinient by switching their AC on and off every 5min. That's my first and definitely my last experience.

The rooms are very small and has old AC. I feel they can improve especially for rooms of 9k. Other than that, the hotel toilet facilities and environment is very cool and serene.

I was one of the first clients when it opened but over time it has been on a downward path.Power is no more guaranteed for airconditioning,the bar and swimming pool area are often filled with neighbourhood boys and girls who are often quite noisy. The management has also adopted…
