The room is fine, except for the fact that you don't get the key, you have to call the receptionist every time you go outside the room. Also the room doesn't have burglary iron on the window. Electricity supply is fair though. And you get your DStv decoder in your room (I didn't…

I really am not happy . Why will I book a day in your hotel and still pay for my food to be brought to my room? I feel you are indirectly extorting us when your suites suppose to be ‘home away from home’ For this singular reason, I am not coming back. Best regards.

A quiet and serene place. Timely response to power interruptions. Restaurant was rather narrow on breakfast menu and quite slow too.

Worst hotel experience. Not worth the amount paid. Window had no protector and could not lock.i had no access card for my door, I always have to call the receptionist to open my door with their master card. Poor customer service etc.

Power went out at 3 am no generator. No nothing no air. Even water in bathroom sink is at a trickle
