If there was an option for zero star, that's what I would have rated this gtbank barnawa branch. I went there to open an account for my daughter, all the staff in the retail banking group section were looking at us like dummies. Some pretending to be busy, others chit-chatting…

Good bank with an average customer service. ATM has the least downtime compared to others within a 100 mile radius. Low point for long queues at the ATM. Not the type of place to go if you need cash urgently
