The Service is the poorest I've ever experienced in my life. Rude staff, faulty A/C (I had to sleep with my windows open for ventilation), no food, dilapidated toilet system, faulty room lock, the gate man locks you out when you try to get stuff outsidethe hotel, no apologies…
