    Yes booking for a ticket is seamless and easy but both to and fro lagos to umuahia was a horrible experience. I was sweating in the bus due to bad ac on both journeys. Both drivers were rude. To bus spoilt in Benin and we were stranded for hours and the driver never explained…

    I had a very friendly and wow experience traveling with GIG. I really enjoyed my travel. From Abuja to Umuahia. Please management should change the uniform of their staffs across the Nation. They deserve to look good for their customers.
