They hardly ever have cash to pay customers who need to withdraw money and that's just unimaginable! ATMs are not dispensing cash and within the banking hall there is a limit on how much cash of your own money you're allowed to withdraw? Chai! It is well ooo

The bank need to do more by paying back concerning the high unsuccessful transaction made during naira redesign scares period which we are yet to recover till now.

Their security staff are very courteous, the banking staff are also very efficient

I spent about 3 hours on queue transactions on the counter too slow, met just 2 staffs on the counter.
