Can never take firstbank seriously again. Not just this branch. How can there be just one customer care officer and one at the teller stand??? Are we here to sleep??? Be like you guys are tired of operating. I'd suggest you guys close down and look for sth else to do.

Horrible customer service. If you know you don't have the personnel to run the branch, close it down as opposed to wasting one's time.

They have just two tellers and 2 customer service staff. We had to wait for close to 2 hours to be attended to. 😪

Very unreliable! Just to collect an ATM card the customer service kept saying "come back tomorrow" from Monday to Thursday straight! As if I don't have other important things to do!
