Can never take firstbank seriously again. Not just this branch. How can there be just one customer care officer and one at the teller stand??? Are we here to sleep??? Be like you guys are tired of operating. I'd suggest you guys close down and look for sth else to do.

Very unreliable! Just to collect an ATM card the customer service kept saying "come back tomorrow" from Monday to Thursday straight! As if I don't have other important things to do!
