Fidelity bank is one of the good banks in Nigeria. On few occasions i have done transactions here, the time spent was relatively short. Warm reception. Mostly use the ATM and is reliable. Parking space is not an issue

Good customer service but if you are in a hurry to do transaction,don't go into the banking hall cos they waste time.only few staff available to attend to large customer.however,their ATM service is excellent
