1. Tried reaching Federal University Teaching Hospital multiple times by phone and WhatsApp for urgent info. No one picks up the calls, and WhatsApp messages are just left on read for days. Hard to get any response at all. For a teaching hospital, basic communication should work…

Some staffs especially nurses, need to orientation, the way some of them careless and talk to patient very bad, the, mother and child ward, I don't know how one will be undergoing treatment and mosquito will be biting the person, please take note
