There is room for improvement, more doctors are needed, good toilet facility is also needed for people that can't afford #50 to urinate and #100 to defecate.

I am currently serving here (NYSC). And so far, it's been nice. It's just that for someone who enjoys the bustling city life, this wouldn't be the best choice. It gets eerily quiet here, sometimes.
