Emerald hotels Ltd provided a delightful stay for me (bar the elevator that needed repairs). If you're a fitness enthusiast like me you'd enjoy the climb. Either way with room for improvements their staff are well mannered and I give them kudos for that.

Because it was relatively cheap, I didn't expect services to be top notch. So I lowered my expectations a bit. But for me, all went well. My stay here was without any drama. I believe they can work more on their ambience and services considering they are like at the city centre.
