Very poor customer service. High price and demanding upfront payments. In my case, it was a redo work and they were asking me to pay in full and I said let me pay 70% and when the work is ready for collection I will pay the balance. They blatantly refused.

Used to be very good when they started, now they’re very unreliable and unprofessional. Terrible customer service, terrible service delivery… 3 weeks will turn to 5 weeks and the work will still not be well done .

Out of 4 bags only two were fixed in which one them was poorly done. I asked for refund on the remaining two which was not fixed since last year October and I was ignored uptil now. All I got was excuses of boss not around. Am highly disappointed 😞
