Took my shoes there few weeks ago for some minor repairs and some serious cleaning and they actually delivered, although they gave me a whole week to pick up but the one week was worth it, all the cleaning came out spectacular and the adjustment done on my strap came out neatly…

Very poor customer service. High price and demanding upfront payments. In my case, it was a redo work and they were asking me to pay in full and I said let me pay 70% and when the work is ready for collection I will pay the balance. They blatantly refused.

Used to be very good when they started, now they’re very unreliable and unprofessional. Terrible customer service, terrible service delivery… 3 weeks will turn to 5 weeks and the work will still not be well done .

Out of 4 bags only two were fixed in which one them was poorly done. I asked for refund on the remaining two which was not fixed since last year October and I was ignored uptil now. All I got was excuses of boss not around. Am highly disappointed 😞
