There is a very rude attendant who works there, she is extremely disrespectful. After charging me an express fee, she went on to damage my shoe. I then had to convince them to fix it, only to be told they didn’t even have the materials to repair what their own staff had ruined…

I gave Attelier Cobblers three Bally shoes between May and June 2025 ,which I bought in 2015 to fix the worn out soles and they did a wonderful job on them and the shoes now look brand new with the new soles they fixed. They are also very professional and even deliver before the…
