Elcee Centre has 3halls. I was there to inspect the place for an upcoming event. I prefer hall B, well lighted, cool and enough parking spot.

The hall is very hot, the lights went off at some point and a host of other issues. Overall it was a poor experience

I do not like the place. They have army people hovering, the place is disorganized, the hall is ugly too. They can do better. Much better.
