Great neighbourhood in Lugbe. A number of people don't know themselves but it is a safe and secured environment. A 2 bedroom apartment costs about 700k and more, depending on the furnishings.

A nice estate. Challenge is no good accessible roads. There's a gardens right at the entrance of the gate for relaxations. You've got almost everything you need within the estate. Also, its not far from the popular AMAC market in Lugbe.

Well mapped out group of housing estates. Outer road is now quite motorable but Inner Roads can be better constructed. An influx of northern locals and residents has its good and bad representation on the area. All in all, not a bad area to reside in the Lugbe axis of Abuja.
