Very horrible service. Despite multiple attempts to reach their customer service, no calls were answered. Additionally, it has been more than five business days, and my parcel remains undelivered. I strongly advise that people should avoid them.

courier plus staff are nice and communicated so well with me prior and when I went to pick up a parcel sent to me. I give them kudos for this.

Very unreliable company. They promised 4 working days for delivery and it’s been 1 week and 3 days and no delivery. There’s no communication and they do not pick up calls. Very disappointing.

Good seats over a week from lagos to abuja yet to receive it as i write and when i called they gave flimsy excuses.poor service
