Bad customer service, the receptionist or reservation manager is very terrible. The hotel needs to do a proper training on customer service for their staff.

Well set up environment and an all in one place for guests and residents alike. Courteous staff, though a bit slow responding to issues (set up issues I believe). Only detraction is the poor GSM network available on site. The manager on duty is a thorough professional - Kudos).
