Bad customer service, the sales representative was rude and chatting and gisting with each other while serving the food. The food is Great anyway... They didn't warm the food, selling it out cold... I would have rejected it, but I had to pay for humanity sake..

Very bad experience with them today, and the last time I ordered from there, maybe they were good before now, I can’t say but the experience today has nullified any past glory they could have built. So disappointing

I had to wait for over about 20min before getting my shawama, and it was not as if there was a queue.

Fairly easy to locate within magodo, the bbq grills are passable but the customer care and wait line is ridiculous, they fumble it and people keep shaunting the line. I wasn’t impressed
