You people are so unprofessional. I booked a room and after flying all the way from Uk to Nigeria, I called and I was boldly told that the room was given out. You kept me stranded, and felt no remorse.

The host/manager was quite rude ad stood me up for almost 1hour.. I was with 2 hungry kids, infant and toddler. This was despite paying for my booking 5days ahead. Quite frustrating and disappointing... I give the service a 1/10.
