I was so enthusiastic to check it out on a family's member birthday this year so i suggested it but we later left disappointed. They tend to insist on selling particular stuffs to us and i wonder why menu is needed. The ambiance is so beautiful and it's great for relaxation.

We did not use the restaurant and other services. We intended to use the gym but realised that it's not hygenic, overcharge, bad smell and dangerous. Too much members jam packed in a tiny space on a second floor without escape route in a panic move.

Nice atmosphere, always crowded by evening. Slow to attend to customers or they seem slightly disorganised. It is suitable for people who just wanna relax in the evening esp oldies and guys. They also have a gym center.

Poor service and poor management. My first time going to bollads I had a very bad experience. They wouldn't bring you the menu book to choose whatever you would like to drink/eat with the motive of inflating prices. I requested for a whiskey but they refuse to bring the menu. The…
